- Deliver precision screeding and high-end finishing while coaching the existing crew in advanced "tricks of the trade."
- Lead formwork setup and WHS compliance to ensure all work meets strict Council quality standards (White Card & 4+ years experience mandatory).
General Labourers (2 Roles)
- Execute site preparation, formwork boxing, and material handling to keep projects on schedule.
- PWork directly under the Leading Hand to assist with placement and maintain a safe, clean site (White Card mandatory).
What we're looking for:
- White Card (Mandatory for all roles).
- HR or MR License (Highly desirable).
- Proven experience in civil concreting and a "safety first" attitude.
